* Non-Returnable Items: For public health and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any food, beverages, or pastries once they leave our branches and are received by the customer, except in cases of error or damage.
* Permitted Cases for Return/Exchange:
* Receiving the wrong order.
* Receiving a damaged product or one unfit for consumption.
* Reporting Steps: If any of the above occurs, please contact us immediately (within a maximum of one hour of receiving the order) and attach a photo of the product.
* Compensation: Upon verification, the customer has the right to request an immediate replacement or a refund, either as store credit or via the original payment method.
At La Palma, we ensure that your meals and pastries reach you fresh and as fast as possible.
* Delivery Time: Immediate orders (meals, beverages, and daily pastries) are delivered within one hour of order confirmation. For custom cakes and special occasion pastries, orders must be placed and coordinated at least 24 hours in advance.
* Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.
* Receiving the Order: Please ensure you are available at the specified address and answer the delivery representative's call. If the customer cannot be reached after several attempts, the order will be canceled, and the customer is not entitled to a refund for perishable products.

* Order Cancellation:
* You can cancel immediate orders within 5 minutes of confirmation (as preparation starts immediately to ensure delivery within one hour).
* For custom pastries and special events, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
* Allergies and Ingredients: We do our best to clarify the ingredients in our dishes, but our kitchen handles allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. If you have any food allergies, please state them clearly in the "Order Notes" before completing your payment.
* Intellectual Property: All website content, including photos of dishes and pastries, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of the La Palma brand and may not be used or copied without written permission.
